In"jure, v. t. [imp. & p. p. Injured; p. pr. & vb. n. Injuring.] Etym: [L. injuriari, fr. injuria injury, perh. through F. injurier to insult, in OF. also, to injure; or perhaps fr. E. injury, or F. injure injury. See Injury.]
