ADVISE

Ad*vise", v. t. [imp. & p. p. Advised; p. pr. & vb. n. Advising.] Etym: [OE. avisen to perceive, consider, inform, F. aviser, fr. LL. advisare. advisare; ad + visare, fr. L. videre, visum, to see. See Advice, and cf. Avise.]
