PORTRAY

p. pr. & vb. n. Portraying.] Etym: [OE. pourtraien, OF. portraire,
pourtraire, F. portraire, fr. L. protrahere, protractum, to draw or
drag forth; pro forward, forth + trahere to draw. See Trace, v. t.,
and cf. Protract.]

horseback.
